骨桥蛋白和CD44v6在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其意义

目的 探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和CD44拼接变异体6(CD44v6)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与子宫内膜癌临床分期、病理类型和组织学分级的关系.方法 采用免疫组化法检测48例子宫内膜癌标本中OPN和CD44v6的阳性表达情况,分析其与子宫内膜癌的临床分期、病理类型和组织学分级的关系.结果 不同临床分期的子宫内膜癌患者,其OPN和CD44v6阳性率间差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);不同病理类型的子宫内膜癌患者,其OPN和CD44v6阳性率间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不同组织学分级的子宫内膜癌患者,其OPN阳性率间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),CD44v6阳性率间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).OPN与CD44v6的表达无相关性.结论 OPN和CD44v6的表达可能与子宫内膜癌的病理类型和组织学分级有关.

Expression of Osteopontin and CD44v6 in Human Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To clarify the relationship of the expression of osteopontin(OPN) and CD44 alternative splice variant 6(CD44v6) to the clinical stages,pathological types and histological grades of endometrial carcinoma.Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of OPN and CD44v6 proteins in the endometrial cancer specimens of 48 cases,to analyze their relationship to the clinical stages,pathological types and histological grades of endometrial carcinoma.Results There was positive correlation between the expression of OPN and carcinoma-cellular grades(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the expression rate and FIGO stages(P>0.05);The expression rate was higher in adenocarcinoma than in adenosquamous carcinoma(P<0.05);There was no relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and carcinoma-cellular grades and FIGO stages(P>0.05);The expression rate of adenocarcinoma was lower than that of adenosquamous carcinoma(P<0.05).There was no relationship between positive expressions of OPN and CD44v6.Conclusion The staining reactions of OPN and CD44v6 may be related to metastasis and prognosis in endometrial carcinoma.
