新生儿病房探视陪护人员的管理

目的加强新生儿病房探视陪护人员管理，提高新生儿病房医院感染的管理质量，降低新生儿医院感染率。方法对新生儿病房进行空气、物体表面采样，对医务人员手、探视陪护人员手采样，进行检测对比。结果探视后较探视前空气污染超标率增加58．3％，消毒后下降75．0％；探视后较探视前物体表面污染超标率增加56．3％，消毒后下降77．1％；洗手前探视陪护人员、医护人员细菌污染超标率分别为100．0％、68．3％，洗手后探视陪护人员合格率92．0％，医护人员无1例超标。结论采取有效的方法管理探视陪护人员，是降低新生儿病房医院感染的重要因素。
