| 摘 要： | 人巨细胞病毒(HcMV)感染是实体器官移植后最常见的并发症之一,是导致移植物失功和移植受者发病甚至死亡的主要原因.为此,对移植受者进行必要的预防性抗病毒治疗是降低移植失败和提高移植受者生存率的关键所在,而普遍预防和抢先治疗是两种常见而有效的预防策略.
