直肠癌侧方淋巴转移及其清除的意义

总结分析了我院对５４３例进展期进肠癌放行扩大根治术的结果。指出国入直肠癌侧方转移率为９．６％：主要发生于腹膜近折以下的癌，占该部的１３．９％：侧方转移多见于分化较差的低分化腺癌及粘液腺癌，占２１．６％，明显高于高、中分化腺癌的６．５％。由于侧方清除避免了可能发生的１０％左右的淋巴结转移癌的残留，提高了生存率。本组５年生存率达４８．１％。同时指出侧方淋巴清除时的注意事项。

THE LYMPH NODE SIDE METASTASIS OF RECTAL CARCINOMA AND ITS RESECTION

543 cases of advanced rectal carcinoma that received extend radical surgeries in our hospital were analyzed. The results showed. The lymph node side metastasis rate of rectal carcino-ma was 9. 6%. It was mainly occurred below the peritoneal reversal (13. 9%). It occurred more often in poor differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucoid carcinoma (21.6%) than the highly and the medium differentiated adenocarcinoma (6.5%). Since side resection can prevent from the lymph node metastasis that might be happened (about 10%). It can improve the survival rate (48.1 % in this trail). The point for attention of side lymph node resection was also indicated.
