| 摘 要： | 本文应用单克隆抗体C-D11 ELISA抑制试验检测了C-D11相应抗原在口腔颌面部肿瘤患者血清中的水平。结果表明,C-D11相应抗原在29例恶性肿瘤血清中有13例呈显著升高,与正常血清和良性肿瘤血清组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。本试验的敏感性为44.8％,特异性为90.2％,尤其对伴有转移的肿瘤及口腔鳞癌有较高的敏感性,分别为83.3％和53.3％。这些资料提示,C-D11相应抗原血清学检测对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的诊断、监测及预后判断有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Serum level of an antigen recognized by McAb C-D11 in patients with oromaxillofacial tumors were measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent inhibition assay using McAb C-D11. The result showed that serum concentration of the antigen was significantly elevated in 13 of 29 sera from patients with malignant tumors. The sensitivity and specificity of the assay for malignant tumors were 44.8% and 90.2%, respectively. This assay was more sensitive to tumors with metastasis and oral squam-ous cell carcinomas, whose sensitivity was 83.3% and 53.3% respectively. These primary data suggested that the assay for antigen recognized by McAb C-D11 is of some clinical significance in diagnosing oromaxillofacial malignant tumors, monitoring their development and estimating their prognosis. |
