摘    要:目的了解季节因素对精子形态的影响;方法259例浙江省计划生育科学技术研究所人类精子库的供精者精液标本,按采集时间分为春、冬季与夏、秋季两组,其中春、冬季组141例;夏、秋季组118例,对所有精液标本进行精子形态学分析;结果春、冬季组精子正常形态率高于夏、秋季组(P〈0.05);春、冬季组精子头部异常率、颈部及中段异常率、胞浆小滴、畸形精子指数(TZI)及精子畸形指数(SDI)低于夏、秋季组(P〈0.05);尾部异常率两组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论不同季节对精子的形态有影响,春、冬季精子形态正常率高。

Abstract:Objective: The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of seasons on sperm morphology. Methods: 259 donors in the Human Sperm Bank of Zhejiang Institute of Planned parenthood Research were grouped into two groups according to ejaculates during the spring, the summer, the autumn and the winter. Sperm morphology was assessed by the World Health Organization cri- teria. Results: The rate of morphologically normal sperm of the group in the spring and the winter was significantly higher than that of the group in the summer and the autumn ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , The rates of sperm of morphologically abnormal head, cervix and teratozoospermia index (TZI), sperm deformity index (SDI) of the group in the spring and the winter were significantly lower than those of the group in the summer and the autumn ( P 〈 0.05 ), while no significant differences were found in the rate of sperm of morphologically abnormal tail between the two groups( P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusions: Different seasons would affect sperm morphology. The rate of morphologically normal sperm is higher in the spring and the winter than that in the summer and the autumn.
