摘    要:本实验采用全细胞膜片钳技术、观察了谷氨酸对急性分离的海马CA1区神经元的电压依赖性Na^+通道的影响,结果发现谷氨酸对电压依赖性Na^+电流有明显抑制作用,其抑制方式呈电压依赖性,浓度依赖性和时间依赖性,表明谷氨酸对电压依赖性钠通道有抑制作用。

Abstract:The effect of glutamate on voltge-dependent Na~ current in acutely isolated hippocampal CA_1 pyramidal neurons of postnatal rats (7~ 10days ) were studied by means of the whole cell recording patch clamp technique. The results realed that glutamate induced an apparent blockage of INa. Its blockage on INa has voltage-dependent, dose-dependent and timedependent characteristics. These results suggested that glutamate can inhibit voltage-dependent Na~ Channel.
