1998～2002年广州市12家医院4类药物的费用和用量分析

目的了解广州市抗高血压药物、抗糖尿病药物、抗精神失常药物和抗生素的费用和用量的变化趋势。方法选取1998～2002年广州市12家医院上述4类药物数据资料，每种药品的费用按1998年的不变价格计算，每种药品的用量折算成DDDs。结果这4类药品的总费用和总用量均呈增长趋势，总费用的增长率超过总用量的增长率。费用最高的是抗生素，费用增长率最高的是抗糖尿病药物和抗精神失常药物；用量最多的是抗高血压药物，用量增长率最高的是抗糖尿病药物。结论广州市12家医院这4类药品的总费用平稳增长，药品价格逐年上升，疾病谱有所变化。

Cost and consumption of four drugs in Guangzhou in 12 hospitals from 1998 to 2002

OBJECTIVE To make clear the cost and consumption of antihypertensives, antidiabetics, antipsychotics and antibiotics in Guangzhou. METHODS The data of above-mentioned 4 drugs were collected from 12 hospitals in Guangzhou from 1998 to 2002. The cost of each drug was calculated in terms of fixed price in 1998 and the consumption was turned to DDDs. RESULTS The total cost and total consumption of these 4 drugs increased and the growth rate of the former exceeded that of the latter. Antibiotics ranked the highest in cost; antidiabetics and antipsychotics were the highest in growth rate; antihypertensives were the highest in consumption and antidiabetics the highest in the growth rate of consumption. CONCLUSIONS In Guangzhou , the total cost of these 4 drugs increased steadily and the prices of drugs rose year by year. The spectrum of diseases has changed to some extent.
