窒息新生儿血糖监测及临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨新生儿窒息后血糖的变化及其临床意义。方法 对 1 4 0例窒息新生儿和 50例正常新生儿进行血糖监测 ,并进行对比观察。结果 窒息新生儿入院时高血糖 32例 ,低血糖 5例。窒息新生儿组血糖值显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且以重度窒息组更甚。结论 新生儿窒息后可出现糖代谢紊乱 ,对窒息患儿应密切监测血糖变化 ,及早发现和尽快纠正高血糖或低血糖 ,以免加重脑损伤。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of blood glucose levels in asphyxial neonates. Methods The concentrations of blood glucose were tested in 140 cases of asphyxial neonates and 50 cases of normal neonates, paired observation was carried out. Results When admitted, hyperglycemia in 32 babies and hypoglycemia in 5 babies, the concentrations of blood glucose in the asphyxial neonate group were significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P<0.01), especially in severe asphyxial neonates. Conclusion When the neonates have been asphyxiated, their blood glucose may be disturb. So we should monitor closely the changing of the blood glucose and discover promptly to correct hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia as soon as possible to prevent the aggravation of brain injury.
