冠心病患者中肾动脉狭窄发病率及危险因素的临床研究

目的 探讨冠心病患者中肾动脉狭窄的发生率及危险因素。方法 103例行冠状动脉造影的患者同时行肾动脉造影，并对高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、高胆固醇血症等危险因素进行分析。结果 非冠心病患者中肾动脉狭窄发生率为0％，冠心病中为29％，1支、2支、3支病变肾动脉狭窄发生率分别为0％、10％、69．2％。对危险因素分析发现，冠脉病变支数及吸烟为肾动脉狭窄的最危险因素。结论 对多支冠状动脉病变应常规行肾动脉造影分析，肾动脉狭窄严重者先干预肾动脉再进一步干预冠状动脉。

Incidence and risk factor of renal artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the incidence and risk factor of renal stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Renal arteriography was performed in 103 patients who underwent coronary angiography in our hospital.And risk factors like hypertension,diabetes,smoking,hypercholesteralemia were analyzed. Results Incidence of renal artery stenosis was 0% in the non-coronary heart disease,while that was 0%,10%, 69.2% in patients with 1,2,3-vessel coronary heart disease.Incidence was 29% in patients with coronary heart disease.After analysing the risk factors, the coronary lesion vessels and smoking proved the most important risk factors. Conclusion Renal arteriography should be performed in patients with coronary heart disease,especially lesions with more vessels. Renal artery should be intervened before coronary intervention if stenosis were severe.
