摘    要:目的建立消炎利胆片中砷和汞的测定方法。方法采用原子吸收分光光度计,以1%硼氢化钠和0.3%氢氧化钠的混合溶液作为还原剂,1%盐酸溶液为载液测定砷;以0.5%硼氢化钠和0.1%氢氧化钠的混合溶液作为还原剂,1%盐酸溶液为载液测定汞。结果线性范围砷为2~16ng/ml,汞为2~18ng/ml;加标回收率分别在93.2%~99.5%(砷),91.6%~96.7%(汞)之间,RSD<3.2%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HG-AAS method for determination of arsenic and mercury in Xiaoyan Lidan tablets.Methods The instruments was double channel atomic absorption spect-rometer.The reducer was As 1% sodium borohydirde and 0.3% sodium hydroxide,Hg 0.5% sodium borohydirde and 0.1% sodium hydroxide.The carrier liquid was 1% hydrochloric acid.Results Its liner range was As 2~16 ng/ml,Hg 2~18 ng/ml,and the recoveries were As 93.2%~99.5%,Hg 91.6%~96.7%,RSD <3.2%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid a...
