阿糖胞苷、二甲基亚砜对HL-60细胞周期动力学的影响

摘    要:本文应用流式细胞仪技术研究了二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、阿糖胞苷(Ara-c)诱导HL-60分化成熟过程中,细胞周期动力学的变化。结果表明DMSO、Ara-c作用3天后,具有S、G_2期DNA含量的细胞占全部细胞的百分率,在DMSO组减小,而Ara-c组略有增加。

Abstract:It has been reported previously that HL-60 cells were induced to matu-rity along granulocytic and monocytic cells by using 1.1% dimetyl sulfoxideand 5×10~(-7)M 1-D-arabinofuranosylcytosine. We used FCM technique instudying the changes of cell population after induction. DNA histogramshowed that 3days after being induced by DMSO there was a decrease in thenumber of cells with S or G_2 DNA and the number of cells with S andG_2DNA remained steady after being induced by 1-D-arabinofuranosylcytosine
