| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨间歇性外斜视术前辐辏状态与融合功能以及术后疗效的关系.方法:对54例间歇性外斜视患者,术前检查辐辏及融合功能,术后检查眼位及融合功能,并进行统计学分析.结果:术前有、无辐辏的两组患者在融合功能方面有显著性差异.手术可使更多术前无融合功能患者术后获得融合功能.结论:术前辐辏检查可快速评价术前双眼融合功能.无辐辏且无融合功能的患者应该及时手术,以期达到功能性治愈.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between preoperative convergence,fusion,and postoperative outcome.Methods:The preoperative convergence and fusion,postoperative position of eye and fusion in 54 cases of intermittent exotropia were analysed statistically.Results:Preoperatively,the difference between groups with and without convergence is significant.After operation,more patients without convergence gained fusion.Conclusion:Preoperative convergence examination can rapidly evaluate fusion before operation.The patients without convergence and fusion should be operated in time to be cured functionally. |
