罗哌卡因复合抗病毒药物硬膜外封闭对带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的：探讨急性带状疱疹治疗的新方法。方法：将120例急性带状疱疹患者随机分为2组，对照组共60例，常规内科方法治疗；治疗组60例，使用穿琥宁、罗哌卡因、维生素类神经营养药物硬膜外注射。观察两组治疗效果。结果：对照组总有效率约为88．33％，与治疗组相比有显著差异（P〈0．05），治疗组疗程明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）.结论：该种方法显著优于传统的带状疱疹治疗，并有效地预防带状疱疹后遗疼痛，极大的缩短病程，既减轻了病人的痛苦，又节约了医疗费用，值得推广。

Observation of ropivacaine and antiviral drugs used for epidural closed to acute herpes zoster

Objective： To discuss new treatment method of acute herpes zoster. Methods： 120 acute herpes zoster patients were divided random- ly into treatment group（60 eases） and control group（60 cases）. The control group was treated with Conventional medical methods, the treat- ment group was used Chuanhuning, ropivacaine and vitamins epidural injection. Then clinical effect in each group was observed. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group （88.33%） was better than that of the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05 ）. Course of the treatment group was shorter than the control group（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The epldural injection were signifi- cantly superior to the traditional treatment of herpes zoster, effective in preventing postherpetic pain, and greatly shorten the course. It is wor- thy of clinical application for alleviating the suffering of patients and saving medical costs.
