CT导向下肺不张病灶活检术的诊断价值

目的：探讨CT导向下肺不张病灶细针穿刺抽吸活检的价值。方法：55例肺不张患者，右上叶及段不张9例，右中叶及段不张6例，右下叶及段不张17例，左上叶及段不张8例，左下叶及段不张15例，经CT定位后肺门部位多靶点细针穿刺抽吸活检。结果：55例患者取得阳性结果的有46例，恶性肿瘤为44例，良性病变2例．总准确性为83．6％，特异性为100％。结论：CT导引下的肺不张性病灶活检术是一种安全、准确的方法，可作为纤维支气管镜检查的一种补充，为临床手术和化疗方案的选择提供了病理依据。

The Diagnostic Significance of Biopsy Guiding by CT in Pulmonary Atelectasis

Objective: To evaluate the value of needle aspiration biopsy guid ed by CT in pulmonary atelectasis. Mothods: Fifty five cases of pulmonary atelecta sis, of whom 9 cases were on right upper lobe or segment, 6 cases right middle l obe or segment, 17 cases right inferior lobe or segment, 8 cases left upper lobe or segment, 15 cases left inferoir lobe or segment, were enrolled. The biopsy o f needle aspiration guided by CT were done with multi-target examination in all cases. Results: There were 46 cases with success in 55 cases; there were 44 cas es with maligant tumor and 2 cases with the benign. The sensitivity was 83.6%, and the specificity was 100%. Conclusion: The biopsy of needle aspiration guidi ng by CT in pulmonary atelectasis was safe and reliable, and can give the pathol ogic evidence to surgical operation or chemiotherapy.
