老年高血压病临床特征分析

目的探讨老年高血压病的特点，提高对其认识。方法将2007年10月至2009年2月在本院门诊和住院的高血压病患者划分为≥60岁组和〈60岁组，采用统一调查表格和体格检查和辅助检查并行抑郁量表评分。结果两组高血压分级比较2级最多，老年组以1、2级高血压患者最多。高血压危险程度分层，老年组的高危组、很高危组显著高于非老年组（P〈0．01）。高血压的分布老年组以单纯收缩期高血压患病率最高（达56．7％），心血管危险因素、抑郁症状评分，靶器官损害及合并疾病二组比较差异显著。结论老年高血压病的心血管危险因素增多，易致靶器官损害。

Analysis of clinical characteristics of the elderly hypertension

Objective To explore the characteristics of hypertension in the elderly, and raise the awareness. Methods Patients with hypertension were recruited from the inpatient and outpatient unit from October 2007 to February 2009 in our hospital, which were divided into above or equal to 60-year-old group and below 60-year-old group. Each patient went through a uniform investigation 、medical examination and laboratory examination and marked with Depression Scale. Results After comparison between two classifications,the grade 2 hypertension were the most. The grade 1 and 2 hypertension were the most in elderly group. According to the stratification of hypertension risk degree, high-risk group and very high-risk group of the elderly was significantly higher than that of the control groups(P< 0. 01 ). The prevalence rate of pure systolic hypertension was the highest about elderly group(56. 7% ). Significant differences existed between cardiovascular risk factors and depressive symptom score and target organ damage and combined diseases. Conclusion Cardiovascular risk factors of the elderly hypertension disease increased ,which easily led to target organ damage.
