医院临床科室医务人员手感染情况调查

目的：调查医院临床科室医务人员手卫生知识掌握情况，规范手卫生管理，提高医务人员的无菌观念和自我保护意识方法。方法：对医院56名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果：被调查的医务人员基本知识均掌握较好，实践程度在不同职业间存在显著性差异，性别、学历和工作年限间无显著性差异。结论：医务人员对手卫生基本知识掌握较好，但实践程度在不同职业间存在差异，应加强培训和监督检查，并强化医务人员手卫生意识，使医务人员明白洗手在预防患者外源性感染和医务人员自我保护的重要作用。

The surveys for hand hygiene with medical staff of clinical section office

Objective： To investigate how much knowledge of hand hygiene had been got hold of by the medical staff of clinical section office, master standard management of hand hygiene, and improve the medical staff of asepsis idea and consciousness of ego protection. Methods： 56 medical staff were asked with questionnaire survey. Results： The basic med- ical knowledge were mastered well, significant statistically differences of practice degree were seen in different profession, but significant statistical differences of sex, academic and work years were not seen. Conclusion： Basic knowledge of medi- cal staff is good, but there is difference of practice degree in different profession, so the vocational training and surveillance should be strengthened. Consciousness of hand hygiene should be strengthened too, to makes the medical staff understand- ing the importance of washing hands on preventing exogenous infection of patients and ego protection of medical staff.
