摘    要:目的:探讨16层螺旋CT及多种重建技术对输尿管小结石的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院32例临床可疑输尿管结石而常规KUB、B超及IVP检查不能明确诊断,行16层螺旋CT扫描和多种重建技术后明确诊断者的资料,32例均行16层螺旋CT平扫,其中8例平扫后静脉注射76%泛影葡胺40ml延时扫描,扫描层厚5mm,重建层厚及间隔均为1mm,将原始数据传输至工作站进行图像后处理,获得多种输尿管重建图像。结果:32例中确诊结石29例,提供结石无关性诊断3例,确诊结石大小较常规KUB检查有变化者6例。所有结石病变螺旋CT扫描结果与术中所见一致。结论:16层螺旋CT扫描和多种重建技术能直观地显示输尿管结石,在发现和排除结石、测量结石大小上极其可靠。是目前诊断输尿管结石最准确、最有价值的方法之一。

Abstract:Objective:To study the value of 16-slice spiral CT reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of ureter micro-calculi.Methods:The clinical data of well-defined diagnosis by 16-slice spiral CT scan and poly-reconstruction technique were analysed retrospectively in 32 cases who were suspected as ureter calculus and unable to be diagnosed definitely by routine KUB,B-mode ultrasound and IVP examination,in which delayed scan of 76% meglucamine diatrizoate 40 ml intravenous drip was used in 8 cases after plain CT scan.With scan thickness 5 mm and reconstruction thickness and interval 1 mm,the ureter reconstruction images were got by work station.Results:Of 32 cases suspected as ureter calculus,29 were confirmed by CT scan and 3 non-ureter calculus.The result of CT scan was in agreement with that of operan.Conclusion:16-slice spiral CT scan and poly-reconstruction technique could directly visualize the ureter stone,at present,it is one of the most accurate and valuable methods in the diagnosis of ureter stone.
