131 I与抗甲状腺药物治疗甲状腺机能亢进症的疗效比较

目的 比较131与抗甲状腺药物（ATD）治疗甲亢的疗效.方法 将640例甲亢患者随机分为两组,分别采用131I（310例）和ATD（330例）治疗,并随访3年,观察疗效和不良反应.结果 两组的治愈率和复发率差异有统计学意义（分别为85.8%对46.7%,4.5%对39.7%,P〈0.01） 突眼转归比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05） 甲减发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 131I治疗甲亢综合疗效优于抗甲亢药物.

Comparison between the Curative Effects of 131I and Anti-thyroid Drugs on Hyperthyroidism

Objective To compare the curative effect of 131I with that of anti - thyroid drugs （ATD）. Methods 640 cases with hyperthy- roidism were randomly divided into 2 groups 131I group （ n = 310） and ATD group （ n = 330 ） ; the follow - up lasted from 3 years to observe the curative effect and side effect. Results The difference in recovery rate （85.8%/46. 7 ） and re -occurrence rate （4.5%/39.7% ） between the 2 groups was of statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the comparison of exophthalmos prognosis between the 2 groups was of no sta- tistical difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the comparison of hypothyroidism between the 2 groups was of statistical significance. Conclusions The general curative effect of 131I in treating hyperthyroidism is superior to that of ATD.
