| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨术后疲劳综合征的有效治疗方法。方法:60例术后疲劳综合征患者,按照随机原则分为两组,对照组30例仅给予术后常规支持治疗,观察组30例在术后常规治疗基础上,以参麦注射液静脉滴注,疗程同为5～7天。结果:于术后1、3、7天疲劳度(Christensen评分)低于对照组(P<0.05);C反应蛋白下降明显低于对照组(P<0.05);转铁蛋白下降明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组体重均有下降,相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:参麦注射液能明显改善术后疲劳症状。
