沙棘的急性毒性及抗衰老试验

目的：观察中药沙棘对小鼠的急性毒性、对果蝇的性活力及生存反应。方法：昆明种小鼠４０只分成４组，分别用剂量为１９．２ｇ／ｋｇ、１６．２ｇ／ｋｇ、１３８ｇ／ｋｇ、１１．７ｇ／ｋｇ的沙棘液灌胃，测定ＬＤ（５０°）黑腹果蝇７４４只分３组，分别用沙棘（２ｇ／ｋｇ）、水解珍珠液（０．４ｇ／ｋｇ）和作为对照的基本培养基喂药１０ｄ。求交配率、交配持续时间和平均寿命。结果：沙棘的ＬＤ５０＝１４．７ｇ／ｋｇ（１３．６—１５．８ｇ／ｋｇ）。沙棘能提高果蝇的交配率，延长交配持续时间及平均寿命（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：中药沙棘对小鼠几无毒性，对果蝇有延缓衰老作用。

Acute toxic and aging retarding tests on Fructus Hippophae,a traditional Chinese medicine

AIM :To study the acute toxic and aging retarding tests on Fructus Hippophae,a Chinese traditional medicine.METHODS:Forty mice were divided into four groups and each group received Fructus Hippophae 11.7g/ kg,13.8g/ kg, 16.2 g/ kg and 19.29/kg, respectively.The LD_(50) Fructus Hippophae was calculated by Bliss method. Seven hundred and forty-four fruit flies were divided into three groups.Each was raised with Fructus Hippophae(2 g/ kg),liquid pearl(0.4 g/ kg) and minimal medium (served as control ) for 10 d respectively.Fruit fly mating took place in empty vials. The mating duration, mating rate and average of life-span were observed. RESULTS : The LD_(50) of Fructus Hippopae was 14.7 g/ kg(13.6-15.8g/ kg). The medicine can increase mating rate,prolong mating duration and life-span of fruit flies in comparison with the control(P<0.05 or P< 0.01).CONCLUSION: No obvius acute toxicty of FructusHipposphae is found in mice. There is aging retartding effect on fruit fly.
