电子支气管镜引导气管支架置入术的护理配合及体会

目的探讨气管支架置入术的治疗配合及护理要点。方法气管支架置入治疗各种原因引起的气道狭窄患者，术前做好充分准备，术中默契配合，术后严密观察。结果32例患者安放支架后呼吸困难明显改善，随访3个月，支架无移位，呼吸道无狭窄。结论通过术前加强心理护理，充分做好各项准备工作，术中协助医师做好支架的定位、释放及病情观察，术后密切观察呼吸功能和生命体征的变化，预防并发症，做好出院指导，有助于提高患者的生活质量。

Nursing cooperation and experience of electrobronchoscope-guided tracheobronchial stent insertion

Objective To discuss the main points of nursing cooperation in the tracheobronchial stent insertion guided by electrobronchoscope, Methods Patients with airway stenosis that were caused by a variety of reasons received tracheobronchial stent insertion with electrobronchoscope guidanee. All patients were accepted sufficient preparation before operation and nursing cooperation during operation and careful observing after operation. Result The dyspneic respiration was significantly decreased significantly in 32 patients with trachoobronchial stent insertion. All these patients were followed-up for three months; the symptoms of complication were rare. Conclusion The life-qualities of patients were improved by tracheobronchial stent insertion and nursing cooperation.
