| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨淫羊藿总黄酮(TFE)对高脂血症大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响.方法 健康SD雄性大鼠35只,随机分为普通饮食组(9只)和高脂饮食组(26只).高脂饮食组给予高脂饲料喂养12周后复制高脂血症大鼠模型.造模成功后随机分为模型组(8只)和TFE大剂量组(9只,200 mg/d)及TFE小剂量组(9只,100 mg/d),干预4周后测量各组大鼠的SOD水平.结果 高脂饮食喂养12周后,高脂饮食组TG、TC、LDL明显升高(P＜0.01).TFE大剂量、小剂量组的TG、TC较模型组降低,SOD活性较模型组明显升高(P＜0.01).TFE大剂量组SOD活性高于TFE小剂量组(P＜0.01)结论 淫羊藿总黄酮能够提高高脂血症大鼠的SOD活性,对血管内皮有保护作用.
