不稳定性心绞痛患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2、基质金属蛋白酶-9水平测定

目的:测定不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平,探讨MMP-2、MMP-9对UA的预测判断价值.方法:连续选取住院患者UA组26例,稳定性心绞痛(SA)组21例,均于入院第2天清晨空腹采取肘静脉血5ml,双抗体夹心酶联免疫(ELISA)法测定MMP-2、MMP-9.结果:UA组血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平明显高于SA组和对照组(P＜0.01).SA组血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平亦高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论: MMP-2、MMP-9对冠脉斑块的不稳定或破裂起重要作用,可能对不稳定心绞痛的发生具有一定的预测判定价值.

Serum levels of Mtrix Metallo Proteinase -2 and -9 in patients with unstable angina

Objective:To measure serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the patients with unstable angina(UA)in an attempt to investigate their value of UA forecast.Methods:Twenty-six patients with UA and 21 patients with stable angina(SA) were continuously chosen.5ml blood of every subject will be drawn from the elbow vein in the fasting morning at the second day of hospitalization.The serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels in UA group were significantly higher than those in SA group and control group((P<0.01)),and the serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels in SA group were also higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is speculated that MMP-2 and MMP-9 are related to the coronary plaque instability and disruption,which might be helpful in the forecast and diagnosis of UA.
