| 摘 要： | 目的:分析儿童恶性胸腺瘤的CT表现。方法:对4例经病理证实的儿童恶性胸腺瘤的CT表现进行研究。结果:4例均表现为胸腺区不均匀软组织密度肿块,增强后内见不同程度囊变表现。3例伴有胸腔积液;1例伴有肝脏转移。结论:CT检查能准确地显示出儿童恶性胸腺瘤的内部特征及其对邻近脏器的侵犯,因而对其诊断及鉴别诊断有较大价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze CT manifestations of malignant thymoma in ch ildren. Methods: CT manifestations in four cases of malignant thymoma proved by surgery were studied retrospectively. Results: All cases had heterogeneous soft- tissue-attenuation masses. Three cases had pleural effusion, the other one had h epatic metastasis. All of them had cystic areas in the mass. Conclusion: CT coul d accurately display the internal structures of invasive thymoma and metastasis, so it is a very useful imaging method for diagnosis. |
