| Abstract: | This paper introduced one hospital's practice to establish center for hospital client service and primary operative effect based on theory of client relation.The author thought that center for hospital client service played an important role in hospital image,developing demands of client service,improving efficiency of resources utilization and advancing work efficiency of medial workers.The author put forward some ideas and experiences. |
