摘    要:目的:建立双氧西林钠中残留溶剂的测定方法。方法:采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,FID检测器,应用HP-5毛细管柱(30m×0.32μm×0.5μm),我气为氮气,柱温采用程序升温,初始温度30℃,保持5min,然后10℃/min的速率升温至135℃。测定了双氯西林钠中的乙酸乙酯和丙酮的残留量。结果:乙酸乙酯和丙酮能有效分离,在所考察的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r均为0.9998。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可作为双氯西林钠中的残留溶剂的检测。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ethyl acetate and acetone in dicloxacillin sodium. Methods: Using HP-5 capillary column (30m×0.32μm×0.5μm), FID detector and programmable temperature. The initial temperature was kept at 30℃ for 5mitt, then the temperature was raised to 135℃ at the rate of 10℃/min. Results: There was a good linearity (r=0. 9998, 0. 9998) and the two residual solvent completely separated. The average recovery rate was in the range of 99. 0%-101.3%. Conclusion.. The method proved is proved to be convenient, accurate and rapid.
