| Abstract: | The hospital has been adhering to the principles of "regarding the social satisfaction as the aim while treating the patients as the center" and those of "regarding quality as the life of the hospital while medical ethics and staff as the capital and the reputation as the benefit of the hospital". Reformation of personnel and distribution system has been carried out in the whole province. A set of running mechanisms of responsibility, competition, inspiration, restrain and vitality has been set up. For creating hospital basic modernization the hospital has provided better quality, safety, low price and convenient medical service to the patients and has got good social and economic benefit. |
