| Abstract: | t Erythrocyte creatine ( EC ) , hemoglobin ( Hb) , serum ferritin ( SF) , free erythrocyte protoporphyrin (FEP) as well as FEP/Hb ratio were observed longitudinally in 63 healthy full-term infants during the first six months of life. The results showed: the lowest value of EC was by the first month, and so was the highest value of SF. In the 2nd to 3rd months of age ,there was negative correlation between EC and Hb, and SF. During the 2nd to the sixth months of age , there was positive correlation between EC and FEP, and FEP/Hb. |
