盐酸丁卡因胶浆在自动痔疮套扎术中的应用

目的 探讨盐酸丁卡因胶浆在自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)中的临床应用效果.方法 将100例需要行RPH的患者随机分为用药组与对照组各50例,对照组用石蜡作为润滑剂挤入肛管后,安上扩肛器行RPH;用药组在肛管内挤入局麻药盐酸丁卡因胶浆3～5 min后,安上扩肛器行RPH.观察手术过程中疼痛反应、肛门松弛度等.结果 用药组疼痛程度明显比对照组轻,腰骶部及肛门坠胀感也比对照组轻(P＜0.05).结论 在RPH中使用盐酸丁卡因胶浆可以减轻患者痛苦,减轻腰骶部及肛门坠胀感,提高患者舒适度,且操作简单,费用低廉,便于在基层医院推广应用.

Application of tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage in automatic ligation of hemorrhoids

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage used in automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH）.Methods 100 patients needing RPH were randomly divided into two groups equally,the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The contrl group was performed RPH after squeezing paraffins as lubricant into the anal tube and placing the anal dilator.The observation group was performed BPH after 3-5 min of squeezing tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage into the anal tube and placing the anal dilator.The pain reactions and degree of anal relaxation during operation were observed in the two groups.Results The pain degree in the observation group was obviously lighter than that in the control group,the relaxation degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group and the anal distention sensation in the observation also was lighter than that in the control group（P〈0.050）.Conclusion The application of tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage during RPH can relieve patients′pain,enhance the anal relaxation degree and raise the patients′comfort degree with easy operation and low costs,which is convenient to apply and disseminate in primary hospitals.
