速效消黄饮治疗早期慢性重型肝炎的临床研究

目的 观察速效消黄饮治疗早期慢性重型肝炎(CSH)的临床疗效.方法 将60例早期CSH患者随机分成治疗组及对照组各30例.对照组给予常规西药综合治疗；治疗组在常规西药综合治疗的基础上,辨证给予中药速效消黄饮水煎剂,每天两次.治疗2个月后对两组患者的临床症状、肝功能总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、清蛋白(ALB)]和凝血酶原活动度(PTA)进行对比观察.结果 治疗组总有效率为86.67％(26/30),对照组总有效率为66.67％(20/30),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者中医症状积分均较同组治疗前降低,治疗组治疗后总积分与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组患者治疗后TBIL、ALT、PTA改善明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组ALB比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 速效消黄饮联合西医综合治疗可改善早期CSH患者的临床症状、PTA和肝功能.

Clinical research on Suxiao Xiaohuang Decoction in treating early stage chronic severe hepatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Suxiao Xiaohuang Decoction in treating early stage chronic severe hepatitis.Methods 60 cases of early stage chronic severe hepatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases） and the control group（30 cases）.The control group received the comprehensice therapy of routine Western medicine.Base on that,the treatment group was treated by Suxiao Xiaohuang Decoction,twice every day for 2 months.The clinical symptoms,serum level of total bilirubin（TBIL）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,albumen（ALB） and prothrombin activity（PTA） before and after treatment were comparatively observed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,which showed statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The improvement of the Chinese medicine symptom score,TBIL,ALT and PTA in the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.ALB had no statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of Suxiao Xiaohuang Decoction combined with Western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and the liver function of the patients with early stage chronic severe hepatitis.
