波动喷气气垫床在肿瘤压疮高风险患者中的应用

目的 探讨波动喷气气垫床用于肿瘤压疮高风险患者的效果.方法 将50例肿瘤压疮高风险患者分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组30例采用波动喷气气垫床；对照组20例采用普通床垫.观察卧床期间患者皮肤潮湿、潮红、灼热感、压疮发生率及患者满意度等.结果 观察组患者皮肤潮湿、潮红、灼热感、压疮发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 肿瘤压疮高风险患者使用波动喷气气垫床是预防压疮的有效措施,能大大降低压疮发生率.

Application of fluctuation jet air cushion bed in tumor patients with high-risk of pressure sore

Objective To investigate the effect of fluctuations jet air cushion bed used in tumor patients with high-risk of pressure sore.Methods 50 tumor patients with high-risk of pressure sore were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group（30 cases） aopoted the fluctuations jet air cushion beds,while the control group（20 cases）adopted the common cushion bed.The moisture,flushing and burning sensation of skin were observed,the incidence of pressure sore was computed and the degree of satisfaction was evaluated during bedfast period.Results The skin was more miost and flushing,the burning sensation of skin was weaker,the incidence of pressure sore was lower,the degree of satisfaction was higher in the experimental group compared to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The fluctuations jet air cushion bed was very effective to prevent pressure sore for tumor patients with high-risk of pressure core,and the incidence of pressure sore can be ruduced obviously.
