重组人脑钠肽治疗心肾综合征30例疗效观察

【目的】观察及评价重组人脑钠肽（rhBNP）治疗心肾综合征的疗效。【方法]30例心肾综合征患者经利尿剂、血管扩张剂、洋地黄类药物等常规抗心力衰竭治疗无效后，在此基础上加用rhBNP，静滴48h进行疗效观察。【结果】加用rhBNP治疗后左室射血分数提高，生化检测血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐、肾素明显降低，24h尿量明显增多（t≥2．12，P〈0．05）。【结论】心肾综合征患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上，联用rhBNP，能显著改善心肾综合征患者的心、肾功能。

Observation on the Efficacy of rhBNP for the Treatment of Cardiorenal Syndrome

Objective] To observe and evaluate the efficacy of recombinant human brain natriuretie peptide （rhBNP） for the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome. Methods] Thirty patients with cardiorenal syndrome failed to the routine therapy with diuretics, vasodilator and digitaloid drugs, and then were given rhBNP intravenously for 48h. The efficacy was observed. Results] After the additional treatment with rhBNP, the left ventricle ejection fraction（LVEF） elevated. Biochemistry assay showed that blood urea nitrogen（BUN）, serum ereatinine（Ser） and rennin（PRA） markedly decreased, and 24h-urinary volume obviously increased （ t ≥2.12, P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion]Conventional therapy combined with rhBNP for the treatment of patients with cardiorenal syndrome can significantly improve the cardiac and renal function of the patients.
