商品天麻中二氧化硫残留量的研究

摘    要:目的对不同产地规格的天麻中二氧化硫残留量进行检测,为天麻的用药安全提供实验依据。方法采用盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法对不同产地规格天麻进行二氧化硫残留量的测定。结果除个别产地规格的天麻外,所检测的天麻中二氧化硫残留量均未超标。结论本研究可对天麻的用药安全性评价提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To determine the sulphur dioxide residue in Gastrodia tuber from different regions and specifications to ensure the safety of Gastrodia tuber.Method The pararosaniline hydrochloride method was used to determine remainder of sulphur dioxide in Gastrodia tuber samples.Result The remainders of sulphur dioxide in Gastrodia tuber were not exceeded except for the specific samples.Conclusion The experiment provides a reference to the safety assessment of Gastroxia tuber.
