| 摘 要： | 目的:优选中药抗肿瘤胶囊的提取工艺.方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以柚皮苷为指标对抗肿瘤胶囊的提取工艺进行优选.结果:抗肿瘤胶囊的最佳提取工艺为加水10倍量,提取2次,每次2 h.结论:优选得到的提取工艺合理,操作可行,质量可控. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize Kangzhongliu Capsule extraction process condition.Method:Take the naringin as the target,uses L9(34) the orthogonal test for optimizing the extraction condition of Kangzhongliu Capsule.Result:The optimized extraction technology for Kangzhongliu Capsule was shown to be using 10 times the volume of water,decocting for two times and 2 h each time.Conclusion:The optimized extraction is rational and efficient. |
