促红细胞生成素在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

【目的】探讨促红细胞生成素（EP0）在子宫内膜异位症（简称内异症）中的表达及意义。【方法】选择34例内畀症患者（I～Ⅱ期12例，Ⅲ～Ⅳ期22例）和30例非内异症患者，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫分析方法检测其血清及腹腔液中EPO的表达，分析内异症患者血清及腹腔液中EP0的相关性。【结果】①内异症组血清及腹腔液中EPO的表达显著高于对照组（P〈o．05）；②I～Ⅱ期内异症患者血清及腹腔液中EPO的表达与Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者相比无显著性差异（P〉O．05）；③内异症组EPO在血清中表达与腹腔液中的表达成正相关。【结论】内异症患者血液及腹腔液中EPO过度表达，提示其可能是内异症发病机制中的重要一环，为内异症治疗提供新的思路。

Expression of Erythropoietin in Patients with Endometriosis and Its Significance

Objective] To explore the expression of erythropoietin（EPO） in endometriosis and its significance. Methods] Thirty four patients with endometriosis including 12 cases in I-II stage and 22 cases in Ⅲ-IV stage and 30 patients without endometriosis were chosen. Double antibody sandwich ELISA was used to detect the expression of EPO in serum and peritoneal fluid. The correlation between serum and peritoneal fluid EPO level in patient with endometriosis was analyzed. Results]The expression of EPO in serum and peritoneal fluid in endometriosis group women with EMS was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the expression of EPO in serum and peritoneal fluid between I-II stage and III-IV stage endometriosis patients（ P 〉0. 05）. The expression of EPO in serum was positively related to the expression of EPO in peritoneal fluid of en- dometrlosis group. Conclusion]The excessive expression of EPO in the serum and perkoneal fluid of patients with endometrlosis indicates that EPO may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis in order to provide a new method for the treatment of endometriosis.
