BRAF在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床病理相关性研究

Expression of BRAF in Colorectal Cancer and Its Correlation with Clinical Pathology

[Objective] To explore the expression of BRAF in the mucosa of benign and malignant colorectal cancer and its correlation with clinical pathology. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry DAB method was used to detect the expression of BRAF in 42 cases of colorectal cancer, 10 cases of hyperplastic polyp and 18 cases of colorectal adenoma. One-factor analysis of variance and x2 test were used to analyze the correlation between gender, age, tumor size, differentiation, invasion or lymph node metastasis and the expression of BRAF. [Results]The positive rate of BRAF in hyperplastic polyp, colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer increased progressively, and there were signifi cant differences among groups （ P 〈0.05）. With the increasing of atypical hyperplasia, the positive rate of BRAF el evated gradually（ P 〈0.05）. The positive rate of BRAF was negatively correlated with tumor differentiation. The positive rate of BRAF in tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in tissues without lymph node metastasis（ P 〈0.05）. With the increasing of the differentiation, the mean methylation level of BRAF elevated markedly（ P 〈0. 05）. The mean methylation level of BRAF in tissues with lymph node metastasis was high er than that in tissues without lymph node metastasis（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The expression of BRAF has obvious correlation with tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but has no relation with gender, age, tumor size and invasion. BRAF has an important value in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
