2004年济宁市餐饮业食(饮)具消毒现状调查

摘    要:[目的]进一步了解济宁市餐饮业食(饮)具消毒效果状况。[方法]采用随机抽样方法检测了市区餐饮业食(饮)具。[结果]共检测了350份,合格264份,合格率为75.43%。[结论]食(饮)具消毒效果如何,将直接影响消费者的健康,部分食(饮)具消毒合格率较低,应加强对食(饮)具消毒措施落实的监督。

Abstract:[Objective]To understood the disinfection situation of tablewares of catering business in Jining.[Methods]To examine the tablewares of catering business in urban district through random sampling method.[Results]350 samples were examined,264 were qualified,the qualified rate was 75.43%.[Conclusion]The disinfection effect of tablewares impact the consumers'health directly,the qualified rate of tablewares disinfection was lower,supervision should be strengthened on the disinfection of tablewares in catering business in Jining.
