摘    要:目的探讨干扰素α(IFNα)对肝纤维化的治疗作用.方法雄性SD大鼠40只,采用复合因素造成肝硬化模型,随机取12只作为A组(模型组),余大鼠分为B组(IFNα治疗组)12只,每日肌注IFNα1×105U共6W和C组(对照组)12只,每日肌注生理盐水共6W.取肝脏组织行光镜和电镜下观察病理变化.结果IFNα治疗组肝纤维化程度明显减轻,激活状态的星状细胞(HSC)数量明显减少,并出现凋亡现象.结论IFNα对肝纤维化有治疗作用.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Interferon-α (IFN-α) on hepatic fibrosis.Methods:Male SD rats were made into hepatic cirrhosis models induced by compound factors. Then they were randomly divided into three groups, including group A (model group, 12 rats),group B (IFN-α therapeutic group, 12 rats, injected IFN-α 1×105u daily for 6 weeks) and group C (control group, 12 rats, injected 0.9% sodium chloride daily for 6 weeks). We examined pathologic and ultramicroscopic changes of liver specimens under light microscope and electron microscope.Results:The grades of hepatic fibrosis and the numbers of activated hepatic stellate cells (HSC) decreased and the apoptosis of HSC could be seen in IFN-α therapeutic group.Conclusions:IFN-α has anti-fibrotic effect on hepatic fibrosis.
