黄芩药材HPLC指纹图谱的研究

 目的建立黄芩药材RP-HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,研究不同产地黄芩药材的质量。方法采用低压梯度洗脱方法进行色谱分离,实验测定多批药材并记录指纹图谱,不同样品之间的相似度采用国家药典委员会开发的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统研究版(2004A)计算。结果各批药材指纹图谱相似度大小与其产地有关。在选定的色谱条件下确定8个峰构成黄芩药材的指纹特征,各批次药材均具有上述特征,但特征峰的相对含量分布差异导致色谱概貌存在一定差异。结论该法精密度高、重现性好,所测组分均达到基线分离,可为黄芩药材的指纹图谱评价提供依据。

Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Scutellaria baicalensis

OBJECTIVE To establish the chromatographic fingerprints of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by RP-HPLC in order to control its quality.METHODS A gradient mobile system was applied in the experiment.The fingerprints of different samples were compared with similarity evaluation software published by committee of codex.RESULTS The similarity was correlated with the habitat of the herb.Eight peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of S.baicalensis Georgi.All samples tested contained the same eight peaks,but the content of each peak showed great difference among the samples,which resulted in the differences on their chromatograms.CONCLUSION This method shows high precision,good repeatability and all of the contents are separated well,so it can be used as the means to assess the quality of S.baicalensis Georgi.
