| 摘 要： | 目的：通过益肝灵软胶囊的制备工艺研究,确定其最佳工艺条件。方法：以软胶囊的崩解时限和含量测定为考察指标,考察基质的种类、药物与基质的配比对本制剂成型性的影响。结果：内容物以大豆油为基质,最佳油料比例为2．5：1。结论：本工艺简单、稳定、可靠,可适合用于工业化生产。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To probe the optimal technology of preparation technique of Yiganling soft capsules. Method：A series of experiments had been carried out for the choice of substrate,its proportion of substrate to drug to make disintegration and assaying up to grade. Resuit ：The best soft capsules formatting process was a ratio of soybean oil to drug （ 2.5 ： 1 ）. Conclusion ： This preparation method is simple, stable and reliable that can be applied to industrial production. |
