北京市疫苗相关的麻痹型脊髓灰质炎病例浅析

对北京市近年发生的疫苗相关的麻痹型脊髓灰质炎（VAPP）病例进行了综合描述与分析。结果显示：VAPP主要为接受第1剂口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗（OPV）后的2～3月龄男婴，其临床症状典型，少数患儿可完全恢复；本市近年未发现接触服苗的间接相关病例。本文提示：我市服菌病例主要与Ⅲ型疫苗病毒有关；且VAPP在第1剂服苗儿童中的危险性高达13．3／100万，高于美国和世界卫生组织报道。本文系国内首次报道VAPP免疫功能检测资料，对探明VAPP发病原因可能具有重要的意义．

Analysis of Vaccine Associated Paralytic Poliomyelitis in Beijing

This paper comprehensively analyzed the vaccine associated paralytic poliomyelitis(VAPP) in Beding dwi the period of 1995~ 1997. The adults showed that all the cases of VAPPoccurred in male infants of 2-3 months old who had taken the first dose of oral polio va(OPV). The symptoms were typical and part of the cases could be fully recovered. In the past 3years, there was no reported cases among colltacts with the vaccine recipients. The results suggestedthat cases among recipients of vaccine in Beijing were mainly related to poliovaccine virus type 3.And it gave a risk of 13.3 cases of redpients per million children who recieived primary vaccination.This data was higher than that reported by WHO and the data in the United Stabs. Ih addition,the data on immune function of VAPP is the fust report in China.
