结节性硬化症的影像学表现

目的探讨结节性硬化症的影像学表现,旨在提高对其CT表现的认识。方法回顾性分析35例临床和影像证实的结节性硬化症的影像学表现。结果CT发现28例室管膜下钙化,3例实质内钙化,1例合并巨细胞星形细胞瘤及梗阻性脑积水。MRI发现5例室管膜下未钙化结节。B超发现7例肾多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤,其中1例同时有肝血管瘤。结论室管膜下和/或皮质钙化、未钙化结节及双肾多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤是诊断结节性硬化的重要征象,结合临床三联征能准确诊断。

The Imaging Manifestations of Tuberous Sclerosis

Objective To study radiological manifestations of tuberous sclerosis(TS),so that to improve the imaging diagnostic abilities.Methods Retrospectic analysis of 35 cases of tuberous sclerosis which were justified by clinical and radiological imaging.Results 28 cases with isolated subependymal calcification,3 cases with isolated parenchymal calcification and 1 patient with subependymal giant cell astrocytoma and obstructive hydrocephalus were found by CT.5 cases with isolated subependymal nodules were found by MRI.7 patients with bilateral multiple renal angiomyolipomasated were found by B ultrasound,and one had a hemangiomas of liver simultaneously.Conclusion Subpendymal and/or cortical calcified and/or noncalcified tubers and bilateral multiple renal angiomyolipomas are very important diagnostic signs for tuberous sclerosis,when associated with clinic triad,can make a corrective diagnosis.key factors for the prognosis of TS.
