| 摘 要： | 为研究佛手多糖的免疫调节作用，用环磷酰胺造成免疫低下小鼠动物模型，取小鼠巨噬细胞加脂多糖和不同浓度佛手多糖，测定；巨噬细胞内外细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６０的水平。ＩＬ－６的检测采用放射免疫法。结果：佛手多糖浓度在４ｇ／Ｌ，２ｇ／Ｌ时可提高巨噬细胞外低下的ＩＬ－６水平，对巨噬细胞内ＩＬ－６无影响。结论：佛手多糖可协同脂多糖增加巨噬细胞分泌ＩＬ－６。 |

| Abstract: | To study the immunoregulatory action of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis polysaccharide(FCSP),cyclophoshamide_treated mice were used as the immunosuppressive model,and the levels of IL_6 inside and outside the macrophages after added with lipopolysaccharide and FCSP were detected by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that FCSP(4?mg/L,2?mg/L)can significantly increase IL_6 outside the macrophage,but cannot affect IL_6 inside the macrophage.It is indicated that FCSP can increase the secretion of IL_6 in macrophages and may promote both humoral immunity and cellular immunity. |
