卡氏肺孢子虫在大鼠肺外组织器官播散性的研究

目的研究卡氏肺孢子虫在大鼠肺外组织器官(肾、肝、脾、骨髓)的播散性。方法地塞米松肌肉注射Wistar大鼠,诱导建立PCP大鼠模型。模型诱导10 w后,剖杀大鼠,取其肺、肾、肝、脾和骨髓,分别作各组织印片和切片,光学显微镜下对各组织印片和切片进行病原学和病理学观察。同时设空白对照组。结果PCP组大鼠肺、肾、肝、脾、骨髓印片卡氏肺孢子虫包囊阳性率分别为100%(25/25)4、%(1/25)(与对照组比较差异无显著性,P>0.05)、0%(0/25)、0%(0/25)、0%(0/25);对照组大鼠各组织印片中均未查到肺孢子虫包囊。PCP组大鼠肺组织病理改变明显,表现为典型间质性肺炎,肺外组织器官(肾、肝、脾、骨髓)均无明显病理改变,与对照组比较,无明显区别。结论肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠肺外组织器官(肾、肝、脾、骨髓)没有检测到卡氏肺孢子虫病原体,也没有出现病理改变,提示肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠一般不会出现肺外组织器官(肾、肝、脾、骨髓)播散。

Dissemination of Pneumocystis carinii in the extrapulmonary tissues and organs of rats

To clarify whether the dissemination of Pneumocystis carinii(PCP) occurs in the extrapulmonary tissues and organs(kidney,liver,spleen and bone marrow),the PCP rat model was established by intramuscular injections of the Wistar rats with dexamethasone for 10 weeks,and the etiological and pathological examinations were performed on the tissue sections taken from various organs of the PCP rat and the normal rats were taken as controls.It was found that the positive rates of PCP cysts in smears of lungs,kindney,liver,spleen and bone marrow of PCP rat were 100%(25/25),4%(1/25),0%(0/25),0%(0/25),0%(0/25) respectinely.No PCP cyst could be demonstrated in smears taken from normal rats.However,there were marked pathological changes in smears of lungs taken from PCP rats,characterized with typical interstitial pneumonia,but no pathological changes could be detected in the extra pulmonary organs without any difference with the normal controls.These results suggest that no extra pulmonary dissemination exists in Pneumocystis carinii rat model.
