| 摘 要： | 为观察内服丹紫康膝冲剂外敷温通散治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效.将270例患者随机分为三组,治疗Ⅰ组95例内服丹紫康膝冲剂配合温通散外敷,治疗Ⅱ组90例单纯内服丹紫康膝冲剂,对照组85例采用内服布络芬.结果总显效率治疗Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组皆明显优于对照组(P＜0.01);总有效率治疗Ⅰ组明显优于对照组(P＜0.01),Ⅱ组优于Ⅰ组(P＜0.05).表明丹紫康膝冲剂治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效满意,如同时配合外敷温通散则效果更佳.

| Abstract: | In order to observe the therapeutic effect of "DANZIKANGXI CHONGJI" (DCJ,TCD granulae for knee osteoarthritis) and externally-applied "WENTONG SAN" (WTS,TCD powders) on knee osteoarthritis (KOA),270 cases of KOA were randomly divided into three groups: the treated I (95 cases) and II (90 cases) and the control (85 cases),which were treated by DCJ and WTS (the treated I),by DCJ alone (the treated II) and by internally applied Brufen (the control),respectively. The results showed that the total marked effective rates of the treated I and II were much higher than that of the control (P<0.01) and so was the total effective rate of the treated I than those of the control (P<0.01) and the treated II (P<0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of DCJ is satisfactory on KOA; while that of DCJ and WTS is even better. |
