摘    要:目的 :建立内含风池穴三维形态结构的虚拟人体模型。方法 :利用VHP数据集和VOXEL MAN虚拟人体开发平台 ,结合腧穴解剖学和针灸学知识 ,用计算机图形图像学技术开发出风池穴的可视化浏览器。结果 :通过交互式地调用风池穴的三维智能动画 ,可以观看到逼真模拟的针刺过程、该穴与周围组织结构的空间关系 ,并借助于知识库的建立 ,深化对动画展示内容的理解。结论 :利用可视化技术实现了风池穴三维层面的表达。

Abstract:Objective: To reconstruct digitalized three-dimen sional (3D) image of Fengchi (GB 20) in fictitious visible human model. Methods: Based on the d atasets of VHP (vi sible human project) and the computerized 3D models of VOXEL-MAN, combining wi th our accumulated abundant knowledge about the acupoint’s anatomical structure, acupuncture, and utilizing computerized image processing techniques including differentiation, segmentation, visualization, etc., this study is designed to d evelop visible 3D-Navigator about GB-20. Results: The so ftware of 3D representat ion of GB-20 was developed successfully, operator can observe the spatial tiss ue, structure, organs around Fengchi (GB 20) point and the process of acupuncture n eedle insertion interactively and vividly. Viewing from both sagittal plane and transverse section, if the needle-tip is toward the nose-tip, the needle-ins erti on is safer due to minimal possibility of injuring the brain stem, thus, the ins erted acupuncture needle ( 1.5 cun long being safe) should be pushed forward below the nose plane. Conclusion: The 3D image expression of acupun cture of Fengchi (GB 20) has been realized by using visualization technique.
