体位干预对剖宫产术中仰卧位低血压综合征的影响

目的探讨体位干预的作用 ,预防或杜绝剖宫产术中仰卧位低血压综合征的发生。方法选择行子宫下段剖宫产的病人 5 82例 ,随机分为两组 ,对照组术中采用常规的平卧位 ,干预组在手术的不同时段放置不同的体位。监测血压、血氧饱和度和临床症状。结果对照组发生低血压、胸闷、气促、心慌、脉快弱、面色苍白 ,冷汗的发生率明显高于干预组 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论干预体位可以预防或杜绝术中仰卧位低血压综合征的发生 ,提高手术的安全性。

Effect of position-intervening on the occurrence of supine Hypertensive syndrome during caesarean section

Objective To explore the effect of position-intervening on the occurrence of supine hypertensive syndrome (SHS) during caesarean section. Methods 582 patients undergoing caesarean section were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group took usual posture during operation, the others in the experimental group took different posture with the different periods during operation. Blood pressure, saturation of pulse oxygen and clinical symptom were recorded. Results The occurrence of supine hypertension in control group was significantly higher than that in experimental group ( P <0.01).Conclusions Position-intervening may prevent or stop the occurrence of SHS during caesarean section, the safety of operation is increased.
