| 摘 要： | 目的总结股前外侧皮瓣修复足背皮肤软组织缺损的效果和体会。方法应用吻合血管的股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复8例足背皮肤软组织缺损,皮瓣面积（11 cm×6 cm）-（20 cm×11 cm）。结果术后8例皮瓣全部成活。均获随访,平均12（6-18）月。6例恢复保护性感觉,2例感觉恢复较差。皮瓣外观均显臃肿,3例经二期修整后改善,供区愈合良好。结论股前外侧皮瓣是修复足背皮肤软组织缺损的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the effect and experience of soft tissue defect repair in dorsum pedis with anterolateral femoral skin flap. Methods 8 cases with soft tissue defect located in instep were repaired by anterolateral thigh flap. The area of the flap ranged from 11 cm × 6 cm to 20 cm × 11 cm. Results All flaps were survived. All the 8 cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months （average 12 months）. The protective sensation was restored satisfactorily in 6 cases and barely in 2. After replasty, the clumsy appearance of flap was improved in 3 cases. All donor sites obtained well healing. Conclusion The anterolateral thigh flap grafting is one of an effective method for repairing the soft tissue defect in dorsum pedis. |
