不同糖皮质激素治疗儿童重症支原体肺炎中的疗效对照

目的探讨不同糖皮质激素在重症支原体肺炎治疗中的作用。方法符合重症支原体肺炎临床诊断标准的46例患儿,分为氢化可的松琥珀酸钠组（甲组）和甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠组（乙组）,每组23例,比较两组之间疗效差异。结果甲组总有效率74%,乙组总有效率91%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论氢化可的松琥珀酸钠与甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠在治疗重症支原体肺炎中疗效无显著差异。

Curative effect comparison of different glucocorticoids in the treatment of children severe mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To investigate the effects of different glucocorticoids in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 46 cases up to the standard of clinical diagnosis of severe mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into hydrocortisone sodium succinate group （group A） and methylprednisolone sodium succinate group （group B）, and each group contained 23 cases. Differences of curative effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group A was 74%, and that of group B was 91%. The difference between the two groups was no statistically significant （P〉0.05：）. Conclusion There is no significant difference between the curative effects of hydrocortisone sodium succinate and methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia.
